Asian Avocado Salad with Cucumbers and Furikake
This easy Asian avocado salad is loaded with crisp cucumbers, seasoned rice wine vinegar and flavorful furikake rice seasoning. It comes together in minutes an is one of my fav easy salads of all time!

small Persian Cucumbers
thinly sliced

pinch
Salt

pinch
Sugar

Avocados
roughly cubed
1.5
teaspoon
Furikake
1
teaspoon
Toasted Sesame Seeds
⅓
cup
Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
Instructions
Add cucumbers, salt and sugar to a bowl and toss.
Let it sit for 3 minutes or so then add avocado, furikake, and seasoned rice wine vinegar.
Toss it all together and season once more with sugar and salt if needed.
Best if enjoyed right away.
