Trader Joe’s Sweet Corn Ravioli with Lemon Basil Cream Sauce

These Sweet Corn Burrata Raviolis from Trader Joe’s are one of my favorite seasonal items. I serve them with a delicious light and creamy lemon basil cream sauce that’s super easy to make and perfect for summer. The whole thing is ready in under 30 minutes and is absolutely divine!
