This bananas foster dutch baby is such a show stopper! It’s basically like a big fluffy pancake that is topped with ice cream and caramelized bananas. Not only is it super easy to make but it looks gorgeous and tastes even better. It’s the perfect decadently sweet breakfast dish or awe-inspiring dessert that looks complicated but it’s not.
Put a cast iron or oven-proof nonstick skillet in the oven and preheat to 400F degrees
Add milk, eggs, vanilla and white sugar to a blender or food processor and blend for 30 seconds. Add flour and blend for another 30 seconds.
Pull the pan out of the oven and add butter, let it melt, if it’s not melting, stick it back in the oven until it does.
Blitz the blender one more time then immediately add the mixture to the buttered pan and stick in the oven for 25 minutes.
