Sure, we all may be suffering in the dead of winter, but don’t forget that tropical-ness is still happening in other parts of the world! And luckily, this part of the world is where I get to call home… Which is where I’ll be in two days for Christmas with the Smith family! Since I can’t stop day dreaming about coconut scented tanning oil and my dog jumping off the boat and swimming into the sunset, I give you this tasty sandwich that has everything good in the tropical world – Teriyaki brisket, grilled pineapple, pickled jalapenos, red cabbage, cheddar, and cilantro on a sourdough bun.
