On the 3rd day of Brisket, my true love gave to me… 1 Crock Pot Brisket Recipe, 2 Brisket + Egg Sandwiches AND 3 peppers inside a Fajita Style sandwiches with cumin brisket, caramelized onions and peppers, and jack cheese!
It may not be the prettiest of the sandwiches, but it sure is good. And by creating your own taco seasoning, you can make anything taste like delicious tacos and who doesn’t love that? In this sandwich I use a crispy baguette, the taco-seasoned brisket from my basic crock pot recipe, caramelized onions, jack cheese, three types of peppers, and of course a healthy dose of luscious sour cream for some richness.
